Single-use disposable vapes were banned from 1 June 2025. The Tobacco and Vapes Act 2026 (law from 29 April 2026) adds advertising and sponsorship bans, powers over packaging, flavours and display, and a retail licensing scheme for England and Wales, while a Vaping Products Duty of 2.20 GBP per 10 mL applies from 1 October 2026.
