Finding a vape shop in Mississauga

This guide covers vape shops, smoke shops and tobacco retailers across Mississauga. The listings below show the opening hours, phone numbers and addresses we hold for each store, so you can find a shop nearby that stocks the devices and e-liquids you need.

Mississauga, part of the Greater Toronto Area, has a healthy spread of vape shops concentrated around Square One and the major corridors. Remember that in Ontario the legal purchase age is 19 and flavoured e-liquids are restricted to registered specialty vape stores, while general retailers such as convenience stores and gas stations may only carry tobacco-flavoured products. Where we do not know a field, it is shown as unknown rather than guessed, so confirm details with the shop before you travel.

Vape laws in Mississauga

Canada regulates vaping products at the federal level through the Tobacco and Vaping Products Act (TVPA). Since July 2021 the nicotine concentration in any vaping product sold legally is capped at 20 mg/mL (2%), and all products must carry bilingual health warnings and child-resistant packaging.

In Ontario the legal purchase age is 19. Ontario has not introduced a province-wide flavour ban, but under the Smoke-Free Ontario Act 2017 only registered Specialty Vape Stores may display, promote or sell flavoured vapour products. To register, a store must derive at least 85% of its sales from vapour products. Convenience stores and other general retailers are limited to tobacco-flavoured products. Some municipalities add their own rules: Toronto, for example, requires a Vapour Product Retailer business licence for shops that sell e-cigarettes.

Canada applies a national excise duty on vaping products, and several provinces add their own excise stamps. Rules can change, so check the current provincial regulations before you travel or order online; this page is a summary, not legal advice.

Vape and tobacco rules change often and can differ between a city, county and state. This summary is general information, not legal advice, and is not a verification of any shop's licence. Confirm current requirements with the relevant state or local authority, and always be ready to show government-issued photo ID proving you are of legal purchase age.
